These terms apply to this website and to joining either of our pre-launch lists. The Bidovio marketplace itself has not launched; separate terms will govern it, and you will be asked to agree to them before you can transact.

Everything described on this site is a statement of intent about a product under development. Screens shown on the home page are labelled as product previews with illustrative data — the numbers in them are examples, not results, and nothing on this site is a performance guarantee or a forecast of what any business will earn.

Founding-partner benefits described on this site are offered at our discretion to applicants we accept into the programme, and are subject to the marketplace launching. Submitting an application does not create an agreement or guarantee acceptance; we review each one and will contact you.

Submit accurate information about yourself or a business you are authorised to represent. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent signups, or access any non-public part of it.

The Bidovio name, logo, copy and design on this site belong to Bidovio Technologies Inc.. You may link to the site; please do not reproduce it or present it as your own.

This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bidovio Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from the pre-launch programme described on it.
