Privacy Policy

Bidovio Technologies Inc. ("Bidovio", "we") is building an AI-powered catering marketplace serving food businesses and customers, launching in Matawan, New Jersey, USA. This policy describes what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

Information you give us. If you apply to the founding-partner programme we collect your business name and type, contact name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state and ZIP code, cuisine, number of locations, whether you already cater, and optionally a website or social link. If you join the customer early-access list we collect your name, email address, ZIP code, and optionally a phone number and what you are interested in, along with whether you opted in to marketing updates.

How you found us. When you submit either form we also record the campaign parameters in the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the address of the page that referred you. This tells us which channels bring people who actually sign up.

Analytics. Our production site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details. We enable IP anonymisation, and we send Google only the first three digits of a ZIP code rather than the full value. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy.

To respond to your application or signup, to decide which businesses and areas to onboard first, to send you the updates you asked for, and to understand which marketing channels are working. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The only cookies this site sets are those placed by Google Analytics on the production site, plus a session cookie on our internal admin page, which is not part of the public site. You can block cookies in your browser or use an ad-blocking or tracking-protection extension; the site works normally either way, and nothing on it depends on analytics loading.

Signup records are kept while we are operating the waitlist and onboarding partners. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Email us at founder@bidovio.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing updates, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though as above, we do not sell it. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights and we will honour them for everyone regardless of where you live.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people already on our lists will be notified by email.
